  • Originality: The article should bring a fresh perspective or a deeper analysis of a relevant legal problem.
  • Rigor: Legal, doctrinal, bibliographic or case-law support must be coherent and verifiable.
  • Clarity: The structure should work for digital reading, with a clear thesis, headings and source discipline.
